I guess suitability from an airline's point of view entails aspects that we candidates cannot imagine, in these somewhat strange times. So, a cadet may be more "suitable" to be hired by some airlines than an experienced high timer. No bitterness intended due to the PFO mail, just a little disapointment, due to the fact that when I was a low timer only experience seemed to be important and now that I have some experience, other financial considerations seem to outweigh the experience factor.
