If I were a statistician, I would discount both your views and that of mcdatabase because they are on the extremes of the arguement.

I agree that the management needed to be threatened, and that strike action needed to be threatened. But that has now been done.

We should now be backing way off to allow the union to agree a deal, and to allow our business to get back to where it needs to be.

But some people seem to relish the fact that we shook the company ! This is not a game (seen the loads recently ?) Last time I carried loads like this, I was about 3 months from a P45 !

Its over for now, let it be ... why continue to bang on about it ? What can be achieved by crusifying your colleagues (the ones who sit beside you and put the gear up and down - the ones whose company you enjoy for 8 hours a day) - get a grip.
