I come from a country where the salaries are not that great and work can be difficult to find. I left my country selling everything before I left. Now I am just itching to get back because of one reason. I get respect from everyone around me. Here at EY I feel like a labourer. You mention you're cabin crew for EY and people look down on you. Everyone hates the crew in abu dhabi. And suprise surprise.....the management hates us as well.
It's just a vicious circle of people. The crew now don't care about the "GUESTS" and seriously....I want to see what happens when EY has an accident. God forbid. But the crew will be the 1st ones to be running away from the aircraft.
