RyanAir Flt Ops Manager

I See in Flight International that RyanAir are looking for a Flight Operations Manager for STN base.
Anybody got any info on how they pay at FR Ops STN and what the setup is like, ie no of a/c based at STN, flt and cabin crews etc...
