I still have fond memories when I thought that the company actually cared about my input and my welfare. At one time I actually believed that the company managment thought of us pilots as a resource to be nurtured and developed to the beterment of all. Alas, we are actually looked upon as just another piece of equipment to be pushed to the limit and only repaired if it was absolutely necessary for the financial survival of the company.
