Cabair & West London??

I keep noticing OPS jobs at Cabair and West London Aero club appearing in FI, and was wondering what these positions are like and why they need filling all the time.

Do they carry through on the 'Cheap flying' incentive? Are they good to work for? Pay Conditions??
