It may be worth giving them a call because my faxed application did go missing even after I'd received the email saying it had been safely received. You don't want to be too pushy so perhaps give it until next week.
As far as your financial breakdown goes it is almost correct
AFAIK. There are couple of bits wrong, you do not get the 2k after the AQC I believe it comes after the 6 months line training. I also believe you get £500 per month from the time you start the type rating up to the point you start your line training. As I'm still swimming I can't be certain of the above info.
Once you start flying and get your £1000pm allowance I believe you may get flight pay on top of that, depending which company you join. Not sure how people usually fund it, I'm sending the wife out to work
