GAI ops still runnin. Getting better every day, still the same old gripes from the pilots but not too bad all the same. What they lack in is leadership, and I dont mean the ops manager, I mean higher.
To the boss, stop bollockin people, give them some credit and it will all work out better. Try accepting ideas from people who actually work there every day.
