Presumably some deal with the local operator -
afaik, same 'company' manage both airports, so my guess would be that they have the capacity at VRN, and more concession will benefit, but not to the point that they'd want to move existing ops from VBS.
I presume they aren't flying to "Canary Islands East" (Laayoune), so any guesses what they mean by this - the long awaited TFN announcement, or one of Shamrock's Canaris hubs?
