Good luck & I am fascinated by this course as it has commenced after I graduated from Salford in 2003. I am fascinated due to wondering how the "Pilot Studies" element, presumably towards a PPL or Piloting License of some description is funded as will other thread viewers be. Who pays - does your LEA fund the "Pilot Studies" or will a term time job be meeting this requirement?

Enjoy Aero Eng element anyway, I graduated in 2003 as a mature student with previous CPL / IR and have been involved with Humanitarian Aid programmes in Central America then Africa ever since. MOST rewarding, not rich but almost certainly happy (and definitely suntanned) having chosen & sticking to the distribution of aid and medicine-supplies for a living.
