Based on my experience (which was 10 years ago), all the FAA`will give you is a PPL. You will need to do the ground and flight tests for the ME CPL and the IR. As you need to be signed off for these tests by an instructor, you will have to take as much instruction as it takes to satisfy the signer-off that you are ready.
