Are you absolutely sure you keep Perf A on a 3 engine ferry? I had an idea that you went outside the certificated case thus the AFM requirement for take off of 1600 metres vis and 1000 foot cloudbase. Wasn't it so you could visually maneovre especially in the unlikely event of a second engine failure?....AFM Appendix 4 if memory serves.
