Change at Singapore for all stops to south east asia under the Jetstar Brand and hubbing ex SIN for all the ports in Europe that QF has dropped in the last 20 years.

A380 for SIN
A330 for Europe (787 more likely by then)
A320 for Asia

Think outside the square.

The pax numbers in Asia are staggering compared to oz and the number of people that want to vist oz but are very much price dictated are huge. If they cant afford a direct flight with their national carrier then why not a short stop in SIN?

This is the big Q's ploy to get back into, multiple ports in Europe and the middle east. Once the route is good enough then watch for the silver planes to turn White and Red!

Qantas operated by Jetstar....
Qantas operated by Australian
Qantas operated by Jetconnect
Qantas operated by National Jet

Whats the difference? it might look like Qantas, have the service of Qantas (sic), but it is not Qantas.

This is the long term plan to compete with EK and SQ by offering more destinations with a lower cost base than would ever be achievable by mainline.
