taxed allowances/SOR's
allowances for cc are taxed when they exceed the amount a deemed equiv staff member at ato would receive. pilots are deemed at a higher staff level so may not be taxed when cc are.

susan rice
cabin safety officer (think that is correct title)
the more SOR's the greater her ability to act
