Browzar looks cute and may be a bit more secure than Incompetent Exploder but it still uses the
IE engine, with all that engine's insecurities and possible MS dirty tricks.
OffByOne is a very fast standalone micro-browser that offers a tabbed interface, optional SSL support and full HTML 3.2 plus many HTML 4.0 extensions. It leaves no browsing history, autocomplete data, cookies or cache data behind when it closes.
