Can the average cost per pilot really be 165,374 GBP? or is my arithmetic dodgy?.Based on a 5% reduction saving 3.2 mil.& 350´+ pilots as mentioned above.even including training ,pensions ,insurance etc.it seems a high average.Glad some jobs were saved though.
