Hi there, well Im crew, and I've just had a brace put on, I've had it a month now, only another 11 to go!...
Its a full train track brace - BUT.... the brackets are Ceramic white, so all you see really is the wire.. I have to have it on for a year, and I cant wait to have them all straight, and will have them whitened afterwards..
dont get me wrong, my teeth were straight before (I had a metal train tracks when I was younger - glutten for punnishment me!), but there was one tooth still slightley crooked, and Im a perfectionist, so its all in the name of vanity
You can also get train tracks on the INSIDE of your teeth these days! but its VERY expensive, and I should imagine very uncomfortable too.
