I have a copy of it. I used it for my first interview. While you probably won't get asked information directly from the book, I thought it presented a decent history of the airline, its culture and legacy.
Unfortunately I shelled out $40 US for my used copy. I'd like to get the money back if I fork over the book. If you want it, just let me know.
I know it's a rip-off, but I wanted to study as much as possible for the interivew. I found my used copy on Ebay.
