I think they will be recruiting a few people for SYD fairly soon. There's a couple of people who have left, been asked to leave and who are choosing to go to JQ. *cringes*
I think you'll go on to Active Hold but I don't think it'll take that long before you get an opportunity in a SYD position. Why don't you ask the question on the day?
