is in charge of the applications/paperwork for the FE-applicants.
Send her an email and sheīll send you application forms etc.

is the "manager" (thatīs what Ms. P said) in charge of the FEs.
He should be able to tell you about terms and conditions.
Just call him and ask...and give as some feedback here, on what he told and how he treated you.
