FlyBE first officers you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm sure you would all like a pay rise and yet you squandered the chance to have an F/O on the company council. Expect another pay proposal that benefits jet captains and training captains, like the previous one.
I imagine about half the membership are F/Os so why can't there be one on the council?
Is it a closed shop, jobs for the boys and all that?
Without any representation on the CC, I have begun to wonder what union membership benefits there are.
I believe the call goes, "NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION"
