Yep, if DHL want type rated experienced 757 drivers then they might as well spill the beans on what the deal is going to be. I've sent my CV in but won't attend an interview (thats assuming I get an invite) unless the package is provided prior as I had my time wasted on a couple of occasions last year. People will need something better than their current package if they are going to fly night freight.
