Honest Questions Deserve Honest Answers.

I am also a true believer in the power of mathematics, it never lies!

So, yes some of the view points are negative, but in a forum like this where one can express an honest opinion based on his or her experience for others to read and draw there own conclusions, is important.

"One plus one equals two," and that is where this old saying comes into it's own regarding Emirates, the numbers do not add anymore, with respect to ones earnings in an enviroment where WE ALL will have to leave sooner or later. I am busy making my own plans, as I am sure all of us are.

It is not just an issue of money anymore in this outfit, it goes even further than that. Those of us who are honest with our ourselves have already realized the culture within this "potentially great company." Their people managing skills, rules and regulations are for people who are fear motivated. Fear of your own shadow! "Step out of line and beware!"
Rules and Regulations are there for our protection and for the company's, granted! However, just look around you at what really goes on, including the reason why a lot of us reach this "Seven Year" jitters with this company.

But then again, maybe some of us will be regarded as "too sensitive" by others, so be it!

There certainly is life after Emirates and a very good one too!

Hopefully, one day we can all enjoy the fruits of our labour.

As always,

Best Regards to all of my colleagues.
