I don't see the snag in Wizz saving all that cash. As long as you live in Satwa, shop at Union Coop, let your kids play in the street and have a wife earning 20k a month.
Sorry couldn't resist. I guess it is possible to save some cash as long as you decide not to live an ex-pat lifestyle but then why bother to come to Dubai. None of the married F/Os with 2 kids that I know save anything, unless they live like monks.
2 years in the company means, what, about 18k/month, take off the provident fund and other deductions, to save 10k/month he must spend no more than 5500dh or about $1400/month on living in Dubai. I couldn't do it for twice that!!
