Unless you are a UAE national and prefferebly a Muslim, then EK might take you with such low hours. Then they will send you to the US for ab initio or profficient training. after your US training you will go through a jet transition course in DXB. If you pass all the above, then you could be flying an A310 for EK with less than 500 TT.
Otherwise, you must go is as a direc entry FO. EK TT minimums has just gone up as well.
