I went for an interveiw with MK about 18 months ago and was offered the job.
I went around and had a look at the island, very nice indeed..though not the place to be alone, life is sort of cheap, definatly cheaper than the U.K.
Their fleet is well looked after and the people in the company are fine.
Money and the contract...well when I was there gathering my info, it was a 4 year contract, tax free salary and they pay an allowance for your accomadation (which I heard wasn't enough).
Salary wise it worked out to be in the region of STG 1700.00 in your pocket a month..not good at all for the type of operation.
Long sectors with minimum rest and then return to base then out the following night.
I didn't go at all, I thanked them for a nice time and stuck to my old real job
