You seem not to have learnt from the posters above and crawled away into a dark little corner.
You live in a democracy and that's that.
I'm sure you'd relish in the old Eastern Block where workers have never had any say in the dictatorships of state owned factories.
Here, this is the West and we have a democracy. That is the MAJORITY rule.
If with all that, the company can not sustain itself after the coming negotiations, then indeed the MAJORITY will have had a hand at that.
The MAJORITY will then be looking for a job elsewhere. Big deal!
Better then continueing the slave like existence we've been suffering from.
So once and for all- if YOU don't like it, go already!
