There is no need to get snotty. That you can record the transmissions does not make it legal to do so. Back when I got my R/T licence I had to sign a form stating that all transmission where confidential, and that I was not allowed to divulge any information heard, other than to persons authorized.
A330ismylittlebaby gave you some prudent advice. You better check with the relevant authorities, that it is legal to broadcast it in public before you do so.
