allianceair........ South Korea has been downrated to Category 2 by the FAA few weeks ago. (That's mean that Korean Air, Asiana will not be allowed to open new destinations in the US)
Be reassured South Korea is not alone : Panama, Bangladesh, El Salvador, .... are also rated II.
