According to Reuters, AA is now in talks with Crossair regarding codesharing. This is important since there is always a posibility that flying within an alliance will be farmed out to the carrier with the lowest costs. We have already seen this within Oneworld, Star and Qualifier. This puts added pressure on all of you at this new airline to work together and try to get salaries up to competeive levels as soon as possible. The APA is currently assisting Lan Chile pilots in their ongoing fight with management, since that airline is trying to bust the union and get all those guys to fly at below industry standard rates. In the end we are all in this together.
