Over the top demands & silly benchmarking from either side,werenīt LX compared to some tiny Austrian outfit during the last negotiations?(by the management)so I say our representatives are necessary,but keep a close eye on them; your guy seems to be far too close to the management,who writes his scripts? donīt believe everything & remember managers get screwed too but they usually walk away with cash,sometimes we donīt even get to walk away!.Is that too dramatic ?.
