No of course I don't expect that. Saab 2000 pilots will continue to be Saab 2000 pilots, and the experienced and hightly valued cross qualified pilots you refer to, shortly to join LX will continue to fly the aircraft they currently fly....common sence wouldn't have it any other way. Seniority lists are no match for common sence...never have been!
I have mislead you if you think, even for a moment, that I, like the vast majority of my LX colleagues, have anything but the highest respect and admiration for the vast majority of SR pilots. It is Aeropers that is the problem; its thuggery, its insolence and its craven and odious behavior.
It is from the yoke of Aeropers that our SR colleagues need desperately to liberate themselves.
As for you final question; I have absolutely no idea why CCP exists. Seems like a complete waste of space to me. Lets get rid of both Aeropers and CCP, AND GET ON WITH IT!
