Unions, especially pilot unions, need to revisit how they perceive themselves. It is no longer appropriate that dinosaurs left over from the industrial revolution create an 'us versus them' environment since the interests of airline staff and management are co-incident.
The market will determine whats on offer. If its unacceptable, go elsewhere! Lets all be a PART of the market forces which are shaping our industry, rather than throwing our teddies from the cot!
