Aircraft type certainly is relevent. The more revenue you generate for the corporation the more you should get payed. An MD11 should pay far more than a Jungle Jet or an Avro. Yes, the market determines pay to a certain extent, but your closest market competitor is now other mainline European carriers. Can your ego accept 35% below their rates? In business you don't get what you deserve, you get what you can negotiate. Have the balls to excersise some leverage!
