So how are you following the rules as set out in 49 cfr part 1552 ?
Do you get your students to apply at the TSA website and file their photos and fingerprints as required, or are you not following " the rules".
As l read it all non-US citizen students, no matter which country they train in MUST apply to the TSA. And all CFI's must register them as well if training "aliens" ie us. . . .
So are you and your students doing all this. If not, how do the DPEs get this passed the FAA/TSA ?
Sorry l'm not trying to be funny but if your
are following the rules it seems to me to be nearly inpossable to train for a FAA rating anywhere leagaly.
Have you, or any other CFI here, got your FSSA certification etc......
