Hi,
I have been invited to an Assessment Day in Gatwick with Virgin. I was wandering if anyone had any tips or advice about the day and then any advice about how things actually work at Virgin once you are there.
I know that I have seen people on here and they have been quite complimentary about the company pay/ conditions/ trips etc. However from speaking with people face to face the impression that I got was a negative one saying that you would never earn money, promotion is slow and the places you visit you never see as it is straight to the hotel then home again.
