However one of those days can be a "flexiday", i.e. on the 6th day on they can work us til 3am on the 1st day off or at the end of our 3 days off we can go back to work before 6am.. .. .35 days leave plus 4 request days. Wrap around days too, a 7 day block with wrap around days = 12 days off.
