Hi guys
the aviation school in qatar is called Qatar Aeronautical college.
Its website address is
http://www.qac.edu.qa/ when you click on pilot training and then on overview, scroll down to the flying licences it is mentioned that they do not undertake teaching for CPL.
dont know how far it is true.Better to call them up and confirm.
