At present, the requirement is to have either a CPL/ATPL, preferably the latter, from a recognised ICAO state - so you qualify there (dependant on where you got your licence from), but all carriers are insistent that you have a min of 300 - 500 hrs on type. This way the airline reduces its training costs attributed for you. So on that note, i'm affraid until you are up to speed on the a/c its a no go for you.
