At the risk of being pedantic, the 50% less 1 share that don't belong to Sir Michael are owned - 30% in
one instance - by a publicly quoted company and its shareholders (albeit indirectly)
certainly have an interest in the financial performance of the company and the activities of a CEO who puts their investment at risk.
