I know this is only a "Rumour Network" and I know that this individual was initially named in an overseas comunique. I know that Chanel 4 news and others have run pieces giving trivial profiles of some of those who have been detained. However the further propagation of info regarding these individuals does not seem to me to be sensible, since if any charges are brought, to do so may well provide ammunition to defence teams seeking to avoid prosecution based upon procedural legalities, which might potentially deny a fair hearing. I would resepectfully suggest that we(PPRUNers) would be better avoiding names at this stage, so that we do not inadvertently compromise any subsequent legal proceedings.
