Well the thing is that if you are a national of any of the countries that these airlines are from you should try to contact them and see what type of ab-intio program they have, maybe u can join that. If not then all these airlines you talk about require alot of time and you wont be able to join them with just a cpl or atpl if you do not have any previous flight experience mainly with other airlines.
