Now that is a grand idea.....a curfew for the victims. How's the boys doing self catering supposed to do their shopping and work as well. It was a pain in the butt before but now takes on even more hassle.
At least the company bars will be doing a boom time business until the beer stocks run out then it will be a crisis sure enough.
