Is that the Betty bomber on Bouganville Island that Yamamoto was shot down in?
No unfortunately I never got the chance to see Yamamoto's wreck. These are wrecks on Ballalae island in the western province of the Solomons, which was Yamamoto's original destination. The island is full of wrecks that were abandoned where they were parked after the Americans filled them with holes.
