At recent CX interviews in other parts of the world the average guy being interviewed for SO position was flying a jet with 3500 or more TT. Quite a few guys with heavy metal on their names but in general RJ,Fokker, 737 etc.
HOWEVER that doesnt mean that propdrivers should give up - CX is notorious for not caring too much what your background is and they still hire plenty guys of turbo props.
