Sounds like the guys working in Kununurra and Broome (or elsewhere) are having a ball! - I am looking forward to getting up there.
Another two questions....
The flight check that the CFI / CP takes you on before offering you a job - what sort of things should I 'brush up' on before I get to that stage? - Is it basically the same as a CPL flight test? Will they make me pay for the check flight?
I do realise that the pay received is going to be considerably less than a normal non-flying 'desk job' but how much are we talking (per week) - Enough for rent and booze........and maybe food?
