Hi Guys

The figure quoted by silverjet themselves is 120 crew. You will need 10 to 12 crew for 100 pax per flight. Considering layover times, days off & A/L.

This sounds accurate to me when compaired with staffing levels for maxjet & Eos. 120 staff equals 12 Inflight managers required.
