Reading FL310's post I get the feeling that this is another case of not being fully honest with the pax. Why oh why airport ground staff (some of them not all) have to be economical with the facts of what is going on is beyond me. (I've seen it many times)Be honest, tell 'em whats going on and keep 'em informed. You get more understanding and paitence in return!
