Frankly the database of airports and routes they use is fairly large... and in any case if I was to quote a route ... you can bet your bottom dollar that it wouldn't be the one that you get..!!!
There is plenty of time to review the route and airport(s)... and I can tell you that this is not a "trapping" exercise... you are given all the info you need.. (power settings... pitch angles etc..etc..)... and the GECAT guys are very fair in this regard...... just know your stuff... solid raw data flying, and remember daft little things like correct holding & entry procedures ....after T/O checks... descent/approach checks... in the right sequence...recall checklists... QRH checklists..etc..etc..
Aslo remeber the PNF will execute the checklists on your instruction.... the key is to know which checks to call for...and when...... Good Luck...
