Today was the day (at last) ... My Slingsby T31m flew and is officially a FLIER and not just a project. I'm a bit chuffed so forgive me
for my exuburence
and the duplicate posting on flyer/pprune.
I took off from Goodwood at 12:55 for a short flight (it would be silly to stay up too long without a check over) and then later flew back to my home strip. I can report that she flies beautifully despite my less than perfect technique. Anyway it's all on tape, so when I figure how to make it digital I'll post it.
Still up there! Boy! What a feeling of achievement .... Yes it is worth building! (well sometimes :P )
